Contract
Once you have placed an order for a report listed on our website, the payment for the same becomes due and owing immediately. The report will not be dispatched until we receive the complete payment.
Usually, we dispatch the report within 48 hours, which includes processing the payment and arranging for the shipping, if needed. However, Shingetsu Research will not be responsible for any delay or failure to adhere to our obligations under our contract with you where such delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Also, pertaining to the nature of the work, we regret that it is not possible for an order to be canceled once it is submitted.

Refunds and Cancellation
Due to the type of information provided in our reports, Shingetsu Research usually does not accept returns of reports once dispatched. In case, should a report qualify for return, we will issue a credit, minus shipping charges, of equal value to the original purchase price, toward a future purchase—no refunds. The decision about whether the product return can be accepted or not is solely at our discretion.

The information, software, products, and descriptions of services published on the site or a linked site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and Shingetsu Research specifically disclaims any liability for such inaccuracies or errors.
